Here’s everything you need to know about performing at WonderLove and bringing your talent to our vibrant venue.
What is the venue capacity?
WonderLove can accommodate a range of audience sizes, from intimate shows (10–249 guests) to large-scale events (250 up to 729 guests).
What performance spaces are available?
We offer both indoor and outdoor venue options with full staging, lighting, and sound capabilities. Each location on the property is available for rent, with details on capacity and specifications available upon request. To get the full rundown, just submit the form or email info@wonderlovepdx.com!
What sound and lighting equipment is provided?
A lot of entertainers choose to bring their own equipment, especially for events under 250 guests. For full venue buy outs we provide professional-grade sound and lighting setups. Specific details on equipment and rental prices can be provided upon request.
Can I bring my own sound engineer or tech crew?
Yes, you can bring your own team, and we also have in-house sound and lighting technicians available for hire.
What’s the process for booking a date?
Submit an inquiry with your preferred date, estimated audience size, medial links, and all relevant event details. Our team will review availability and guide you through the next steps.
What are the payment terms and fees?
Booking fees vary based on event size, required services, and ticketing structure. We typically require a deposit to secure your date.
Does WonderLove handle ticket sales, or can I sell my own tickets?
You can handle your own ticketing, or we can assist with promotion and ticket sales through our platforms.
What’s the load-in and soundcheck schedule?
Load-in and soundcheck times are scheduled based on the event timeline. We work with artists to ensure smooth setup and breakdown.
Can I sell merch at the venue?
Yes! We have designated spaces for merch sales, and some items are unauthorized. We will discuss the relevant venue commissions and overview the event setup.
What are the venue policies on pyrotechnics, special effects, or large setups?
Special effects (fog, pyrotechnics, aerial arts, etc.) require prior approval and may have additional costs for safety compliance.
Is there a designated smoking area?
Yes, on event nights, a designated smoking area is available outdoors. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
Are minors allowed?
Yes, minors are welcome on the property every day until 10 PM unless we’re hosting a designated 21+ event. Check event details beforehand to confirm age restrictions.
Are food and drinks available?
Absolutely! WonderLove offers a unique selection of cuisines from our multi-cultural food carts. Our full bar serves signature cocktails, local brews, and non-alcoholic options.

Come hang out and meet the Space Oasis crew for a night of music, fun and food!
